USCIS has published the long awaited update to the Form I-9. The new Form I-9 is shorter and more streamlined in an effort to make it easier for employers to use and employees to understand. While employers can continue to use to prior version right now, everyone will have to use the new Form I-9 beginning November 1, 2023. Join us for a webinar to go over the new Form I-9, including how to navigate the more condensed form, revised list of acceptable documents, and added supplements, and understanding the alternate procedure for remote examination open to E-Verify participants.
