The Nevada Subcontractors Association invites members, partners, and guests to its Annual Membership Luncheon on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at Joel's Chophouse inside the Ahern Hotel.

This year's program features a keynote from Jess Molasky, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Owner of Ovation Development, one of Southern Nevada's most respected multifamily builders. Jess will share Ovation's history, its current projects, and the company's direction ahead, along with the philosophy that has guided more than 45 communities and 12,000 homes across the valley: build communities, not just buildings.

Following the keynote, Jess will remain at the podium for a candid Q&A session, giving attendees direct access to one of the valley's most active developers.

The program also includes a legislative update, a workforce development spotlight, and a membership and community engagement report.
